We would like to inform you today that our company is now a 100% subsidiary of DSD Steel Group, Saarlouis. The change of name, which has been completed in the meantime, will also be published in the Commercial Register in the next few days. In the future you will find us under the name DSD Automation GmbH. The contact details you are familiar with will remain unchanged.

Through our new shareholder DSD Steel Group GmbH, we belong to a medium-sized group of companies consisting of entrepreneurially independent units with many years of experience in the national and international market.

DSD Automation will continue its business as usual with the professional competence, customer-oriented service and high quality you are familiar with in all business areas.

The close cooperation with the company Küttner GmbH & Co. KG, Essen will continue as before. In the future, Küttner will focus more on EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) projects.

Through our integration into the DSD Steel Group, we now have a strong partner in the entire environment of the steel producing and processing industry. With these synergies, we will continue to do our best under our new name to take up your project plans and implement them in proven quality.
